We have temporarily disabled the creation of new backups and snapshots for SC2 instances while we perform back-end optimizations.

This temporary change has been made to improve the performance and reliability of other SC2 operations, including instance provisioning, booting, and rebuilds.

• Creating new backups and snapshots is temporarily unavailable.
• Restoring from existing backups and snapshots remains fully available and is not affected.
